Hampton Inn Seneca Falls

Book

This Hampton Inn keeps things simple and clean from the outside, with plenty of parking and easy access just off Route 20. Inside, the space feels bright and well-kept, with a modern lobby and plenty of casual seating where you can relax, get some planning done, or catch up with other athletes. It’s the kind of place that’s built for convenience and comfort, so you can focus on the race, not the logistics.

Breakfast is included every morning, with a solid mix of hot and cold options—think eggs, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, fruit, and decent coffee. It’s self-serve, so you’re in and out on your own schedule, and staff are used to athletes staying during race weekend, which often means earlier breakfast availability or grab-and-go options when needed. Plus, you’re close to some great local restaurants if you want to fuel up off-site the night before.

The hotel’s fitness room is available 24/7 and has everything you need for a light shakeout—treadmills, bikes, free weights, and space to stretch or foam roll. There’s no spa or hot tub here, but it’s a quiet environment overall, making it easy to stay focused and keep moving at your own pace.  Enjoy the small patio area with seating outside where you can get some fresh air or just take a moment to unwind. The surrounding area is peaceful, and with the Finger Lakes just a short drive away, you’re never far from water views or a walk to loosen up your legs.

Rooms here are designed with rest in mind. Beds are supportive and cleanly made, and blackout curtains plus good air-conditioning make it easier to wind down, even with race nerves. You’ve got a mini-fridge and microwave for your own snacks and prep, a desk area if you need to work or plan, and solid Wi-Fi to stay connected. It’s nothing flashy—but it’s functional, reliable, and calm. Just what you need on race weekend.

Included in your stay will be a complimentary Race Day transfer to Swim Start on Sunday 13th July, and a return transfer to your accommodation, including your bike, after your race.
