Highly recommend

Elliot with Nirvana Europe was amazing! From start to finish of the IRONMAN experience he was there via email or phone to answer my 1,000 questions as a first timer. He has a wonderful personality and solved every little issue I had. I highly recommend using Nirvana Europe for your next IRONMAN!

Incredible customer service

I want to highlight the incredible customer service I received over the weekend from Chris and his team at Nirvana Europe at the IRONMAN Worlds in Nice France. Chris was incredibly attentive, responsive and provided fantastic customer service. This is my first time using Nirvana Europe and I certainly would never race again without the assistance of your team. I have mentioned the awesome work you guys do in the past on my social media and will continue to talk about how awesome you are.

Couldn’t do enough

Thank you to all of the Nirvana Team at the IRONMAN 70.3 Nice for taking good care of me after my first race in three years due to illness. Great service couldn’t do enough to ensure all went smoothly. See you next year top service and the bike pack away at the end brilliant. Hotel location says it all.

Went above and beyond

Nirvana travel is fantastic! Can’t say enough good things about them. Chris Wilde and the whole team (our driver Elliot) went above and beyond when our flight kept getting delayed and cancelled… they rolled with and made it so easy and stress free. Thank you!!! Would recommend y’all to anyone and everyone!!

Always available

I booked with Nirvana for Spartan Trifecta World Championships in Greece before COVID and they handled multiple event changes super well and were always available for logistics as the event got closer. When we arrived, everything was extremely organised. The hotel was in a perfect location and was really good value for money. The Nirvana team thought of everything and were super responsive. I would book with them again!

Outstanding ground support

Nirvana provided us with superb background to the race and location ahead of booking the event with an easy/efficient booking service and a simply outstanding ground support service for a logistically tricky race with split transitions. They always just go above and beyond so you can focus on the race in hand. Top Job – as always.

Could not have asked for better

The hotel was in the perfect spot within comfortable walking distance between the expo and transition. I could not have asked for better! Bike setup and the drive around the bike course with Lynn were all first class. What I really appreciated was when Matt managed to swing an extra room at very short notice to get my family out for race day. Nirvana Europe were exceptional. Thank you and I will be forever grateful for an amazing IRONMAN 70.3 experience.

Couldn’t fault them

Used these guys for a cheaper alternative to the extortionate hotel prices for the Great North Run. I really couldn’t fault them. The campsite was spot on with great facilities and was in an awesome location for the finish. The whole thing was very well organised, with helpful staff and excellent transfer to the start line.

Will definitely use again

Fernanda was amazing. Great with pre-race communication and plans, silly onsite questions and dealing with race day details (I stupidly left my bike computer at home and Fernanda managed to get it on my bike before race start).

Murrey was also great, high quality mechanic, easy to deal with and super helpful on race day morning and the pack up.

We will definitely use the premium Nirvana package again when available and I will follow with Helen to finalise Wollongong accommodation.

Nirvana Europe is Amazing!

Nirvana Europe is absolutely amazing! I booked my travel with them for IRONMAN Ireland 2022. It was my first trip to Europe and I traveled alone. The booking process was easy and straight forward. Any question that I had was answered clearly and expediently. From my accommodation to the airport transfers, event transfers, bike build, bike break down/pack up, accessibility during the trip. I felt taken care of every step of the way. I will utilize Nirvana Europe for all of race travel going forward! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Exceptional Support

Sara’s professionalism, kindness, and expertise left such a strong impression on me that I can confidently say: I will never participate in another IRONMAN-sponsored event without utilizing Nirvana. Her support transformed what could have been a stressful day into an enjoyable and empowering one.

Made my life easier

I wanted to thank you Ella from the Nirvana team who took care of us in New Zealand, I am so grateful I booked the Nirvana package to make my life easier for my first Ironman.
It was great, I now highly recommend it to people I know could be interested.

Thank you.
