As part of the extension of our relationship with USA Triathlon we are happy to support the foundation and provide bespoke travel options for spectators who want to attend the 2024 Paris Olympics. We will work alongside the foundation to provide a range of options which will make it easier for you to attend and enjoy the spectacular event.
HOW CAN WE HELP?
For years we have been an Official Travel Partner for World Triathlon and numerous Tri-Federations, helping 1000’s of Triathletes – and their equipment – get to their event and cross the finish line every year. Our aim is to remove any travel and accommodation stress from you, allowing you to enjoy this exciting Olympic event location.
For this event you can book the following online:
- Accommodation ranging from 1-5 Star hotels, in the city or within an easy commutable distance.
We can also provide you with bespoke quotes for the following:
- Flights – No matter where you are travelling from we can arrange flights for you.
- Airport Transfers – We can arrange transport between the airport and your chosen hotel, for you and your party.
The “Triathlete in Paris” package will include the following:
• 4-star+ accommodations
• 1 group meal each day
• 1 group workout each day
• Open course viewing of the Olympic/Paralympic Triathlon competitions
• Tourist experiences
• Tickets to the Team USA House
• Exclusive merchandise pack
• Dinner/Q+A/meet-and-greet with the USAT Olympic or Paralympic team
• Donation to the Foundation
Package dates:
• Package 1 – July 29, 2024 – August 2, 2024 (men’s and women’s Olympic Triathlon)
• Package 2 – August 4, 2024 – August 8, 2024 (Olympic mixed-team relay)
• Package 3 – August 31, 2024 – September 4, 2024 (men’s and women’s Paralympic Triathlon)
Based on the volume of interest, we’ve been able to price the experience as follows:
• Individual Package: $14,000
• Couples Package: $18,500 (shared room)
• Family of 4 Package: $31,000 (two rooms)
Inventory is extremely limited in Paris so we expect each of the 3 packages to be capped at 20 rooms. Spots will be secured on a first-come, first-served basis. You can secure your spot by making a $5,000 non-refundable deposit by January 29, 2024. The remaining balance will be due one month out from the event.
