Elite Stora Hotellet was built in the mid-1800’s and has been painstakingly renovated. Much of the hotel has been preserved in its original glory, including the Hall of Mirrors, which is one of Scandinavia’s most beautiful banquet halls.
The 167 rooms at Elite Stora Hotellet are pleasant and comfortably furnished to make sure that our guests can rest and work in peace and quiet. In the cosy restaurant Le Trottoir, a fantastic breakfast buffet is served every day of the week for hotel guests and visitors. Here, everyone can enjoy themselves well in the bright and modern premises with glimpses of Vättern outside the window. The restaurant is directly adjacent to the hotel and offers a perfect start to the day in a lovely atmosphere. During your visit, also stop by the popular British gastropub, The Bishops Arms.
