Located in Katoomba, just 100m from Scenic World, stunning views and bushwalks, Katoomba Christian Convention offers a variety of budget-friendly accommodation on 13 hectares of bushland on the edge of the Blue Mountains National Park.
Always a popular choice with runners, the center is a combination of large house and lodge style buildings, comprising of same-sex dormitories with bunk beds and shared bathrooms. A limited number of private rooms with shared bathrooms are also available, sleeping up to 6 people – perfect if you are travelling with family or as a group.
Large communal areas like dining rooms, lounge areas and kitchens are scattered across the different buildings, allowing you to stay in control of your own dietary requirements and nutritional needs both pre- and post-race. Outside you will find BBQ areas and you will also have access to a basketball court and oval plus plenty of green space to relax and enjoy the event atmosphere. Free Wi-Fi and on site parking are available, as well as payable laundry facilities.
