1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is NIRVANA Europe (“NIRVANA”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Competition Period
The competition opens on Monday 8th June 2026 and closes at the end of the 2026 season (the “Competition Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a £500 GBP voucher to be used towards a future NIRVANA Europe booking (the “Prize”).

The Prize:

  • Has no cash alternative
  • Is non-transferable
  • Must be redeemed against NIRVANA Europe services only. Restrictions may apply.
  • Is subject to availability and booking conditions
  • Must be used within 12-month period

4. Eligibility
The competition is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry, except:

  • Employees of NIRVANA Europe
  • Their immediate family members
  • Anyone professionally connected with the competition

This competition is void where prohibited or restricted by local law.

5. How to Enter
To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the official entry form and submit all required fields marked with an asterisk (*).
Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
  • The draw will take place within 30 days of the competition closing date.
  • The winner will be notified via the email address provided on entry.
  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days, NIRVANA reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Conditions

  • The Prize may only be used once unless otherwise agreed by NIRVANA in writing.
  • A minimum number of travellers may apply depending on the selected booking.
  • Bookings must be made directly with NIRVANA Europe via contactus@nirvanaeurope.com.
  • The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer.
  • Travel dates, accommodation, and event availability are not guaranteed.

8. Restrictions

  • The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or alternative goods/services.
  • The Prize may only be used by the named winner.
  • NIRVANA reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

9. Liability

  • NIRVANA accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, illness, or expenses arising from participation in the competition or any related travel/event.
  • Participation in any sporting event or travel booked using the Prize is undertaken entirely at the winner’s own risk.
  • Winners are responsible for ensuring they have adequate travel insurance.

10. Data Protection and Marketing (UK GDPR Compliance)

  • Personal data will be processed by NIRVANA Europe in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR where relevant.
  • Data will be used for the administration of the competition and, where consent is given, for marketing communications.
  • Participants who opt in to marketing communications agree that NIRVANA may contact them by email or telephone with updates, offers, and news.
  • Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting NIRVANA directly.

11. General

  • NIRVANA reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
