Your stay is on a bed and breakfast basis, with a balanced morning spread designed to fuel training, race prep or exploring. On event days, early breakfast is available so you can get your nutrition in before heading out. There are additional, athlete-friendly food venues on site that focus on nutrition-led, organic cuisine – perfect for replenishing – and Hudayriyat’s wider dining spots are close by if you want something varied but still easy on the stomach.
Olympia is designed around performance and recovery. The Reboot Recovery Lounge offers compression therapy, circulation-boosting tools and other athlete-focused technology to help you bounce back between sessions. You’ll also have access to training options right outside the hotel, including swimming, running and cycling routes across Hudayriyat Island. For downtime, there’s a beach club, quiet terrace spaces and easy access to the water for light active recovery or gentle movement the day before your race.
Rooms here support good sleep and consistent rest. Selected rooms feature hypoxic technology for athletes who train that way, and all come with the Olympia Recovery Mattress designed to help with muscle repair and comfort.
