HOW CAN YOU GET THERE?

All roads lead to Nice!  The city is easily accessible by road, rail, air or water.

Express trains connect the Cote d’azur to all French regions, most of which connect onwards to major European cities.  Trains from Paris take around 6 hours and guarantee a scenic journey and the local tram service is available outside Nice-Ville train station.

Whilst travelling by car is easy enough thanks to the 224 km long A8 “La Provençale” motorway, parking is not so easy and can be pretty expensive.  We suggest car pooling where possible.

Nice ferry port is located in the old town Marina and is served by a number of companies with crossings to Ajaccio, Ile Rousse, Bastia, Porto Vecchio & Porto Torres.

If you prefer to fly, Nice Côte d’Azur Airport (NCE) is the second largest airport in France after Paris, serving 120 destinations.  The airport is 14km outside the city and has a direct tram link taking around 20-30 minutes.

Choose from 2 Official Race Packages, which can be tailored to your chosen event:

OPTION 1 – available for all races

• Accommodation at an Official Race Hotel near the Event Village – stay in a convenient location with other like-minded athletes and supporters, creating a real community feel and atmosphere

OPTION 2 – For races that start and end in different locations

• Accommodation at an Official Race Hotel near the start line before your race  – Avoid race day shuttles and adjust yourself to the altitude ahead of your race
• Transport of your luggage, and any supporters, from the start line to the finish line, whilst you are on the run course
• Accommodation at an Official Race Hotel near the finish line atfer your race – your room will be ready on arrival so no matter what time you finish, a hot shower and a soft bed, plus your luggage, will be waiting for you

• Travel Transfers – We can arrange transport between any airport or train station and your chosen hotel, for you and your party
