HOW CAN YOU GET THERE?
Whistler transforms into the host venue for the Ultra Trail Whistler by UTMB®. Located just north of Vancouver in British Columbia, Canada, getting to Whistler is easy but will take some travel planning.
If you’re driving, Whistler is accessible via the Sea-to-Sky Highway (Highway 99) from Vancouver, which offers a scenic 2-hour drive. For those traveling by air, Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is the closest major airport, with numerous international connections. From Vancouver, you can take a shuttle or rent a car for the scenic drive to Whistler.
If you prefer public transport, there are bus services directly connecting Vancouver to Whistler, and the journey takes about 2.5 hours. Additionally, there are regional airports like the Whistler/Green Lake Water Aerodrome that can accommodate private flights, making the trip even more memorable.
