Location to the Event Site: The Marriott Metro Centre is located within a short 10 minute journey of Newcastle City Centre by car and approx 6.7 miles from the Great North Run start line. We offer an event transfer service directly from the hotel, which drops runners at the start line and then any spectators at the finish line. The coach will then collect you post-race race, to deliver you safely back to the hotel.
